Some fruit like apples, pears, kiwi, blueberries, certain grapes and plums require two varieties so bees can cross pollinate to ensure fruit set. Trees should be 15-20' apart, in deep fertile earth, in a sunny well drained location. Detailed information sheets free at the Garden Centre.
