VINES & CLIMBERS

Trellis or lattice work is required for Clematis, Honeysuckle, and Grape Vines, whose vines twine to 10' or more. Honeysuckle is fast growing and very hardy, requiring sun, and has orange flowers all summer. Grape vines are vigorous and produce an abundance of fruit. Engelman's Ivy and Boston Ivy cling to brick, stone, rough wood, etc, and get 20 -30' high. They grow well in sun or shade and although they have no flowers, their foliage turns bright red in fall. Clematis comes in varied types, like large flowering hybrids, delicate alpines and hardy species.
